1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Gold Luck Draw Offer ("Offer") organized by Israel Philip Fragrances/Purple CliQ Ventures Pvt Ltd and its associates ("Company/the brand"). By participating in the Offer, you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. This is a sale promotion gold lucky draw offer and not a lottery scheme. This offer is only valid for eligible purchases made through www.israelphilipfragrances.com for products available under this offer. Kalyan Jewellers or its associates and/or any other vouchers provided by any issuer have no participation or association with the promotion scheme namely Gold lucky draw offer. This gold lucky draw offer provides only vouchers as prizes and not physical gold or any precious metals or stones/cash/monies, and prize can be replaced/substituted in accordance with this terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
- The Offer is open to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

3. Offer Period
- The Offer begins on 14/10/2024 at 00:00 and ends on 31/12/2024 at 23:59 ("Offer Period").
- Purchase made and participants before or after the Offer Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Participate
- Purchase any Israel Philip Fragrances product from www.israelphilipfragrances.com during the Offer Period.
- Retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
- Once you make a purchase from www.israelphilipfragrances.com you are automatically registered to participate in this offer and accept the terms & conditions without any prejudice.
- Only one entry per purchase receipt will be accepted.

5. Draw and Prizes
- The Gold Luck Draw will be conducted every Sunday if there are sales under this scheme of at least 100 units from Monday to Saturday(every week) prior to the gold luck draw conducted every Sunday(on the day of the lucky draw).

- Prize winners announced in this lucky draw if conducted shall win gold vouchers from Kalyan Jewellers or similar vouchers/gift cards worth upto Rs. 20000.

-incase if the desired sales are not achieved under this marketing promotion gold lucky draw offer then the company/the brand and its associates reserve the right to cancel this offer without any prior information.There shall be no refund or return for any purchases conducted under this offer even if the offer has been cancelled or draw is not conducted. You indemnify the company/the brand and its associates against cost of purchase made under this scheme irrespective of whether you win this gold luck draw offer or not without any reservation/prejudice.
- Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a draw system or any other method deemed fair and appropriate by the Company.
- Prizes for the Offer will be a gold voucher and can be redeemed as per the terms and conditions of the vouchers provided by the voucher issuer. There will be no physical gold or any valuable metals or any kind precious jewellery or stones given to any participants or purchaser/consumer.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice and you agree to not raise any claim or dispute on the prize provided. There shall be no cash transfer or substitution of cash for the prize under this gold lucky draw offer.

6. Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 20 days of the Draw Date.
- Winners must acknowledge receipt of the notification and provide required documents within 7 days to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Prize Collection
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport) and the original purchase receipt to collect their prize.
- Prizes will be delivered to the winners' registered addresses/email address or any point of contact as decided by the company/the brand or its associates, within 20 days of confirmation.
- Any expenses related to the delivery of the prize (such as shipping, handling, any taxes, duties of levies and customs duties) will be borne by the prize winner.

8. General Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with these Terms or who attempts to interfere with the Offer in any way.
- The Company’s decision regarding any aspect of the Offer, including without limitation the selection of winners, is final and binding on all Participants.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Offer and these Terms without prior notice.
- The company/the brand/the judges decision is final and will be binding without any further dispute of any kind.

9. Liability
- The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Offer or the acceptance or use of any prize.
- The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Offer or the processing of entries.
- You indemnify the company/the brand and all parties from any monetary or non-monetary liabilities or expenses you have incurred by participating in this offer.

10. Privacy
- Personal information collected from Participants will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available at www.israelphilipfragrances.com.
- By participating in the Offer, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Offer and for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
